Little things to note- I use Swiss meringue buttercream on all my cakes, this is both smooth and silky with a not overly sweet as American buttercreams + holds up in warmer weather. I do not use whipped cream (as frosting)/fondant or American buttercream on my cakes. I use quality ingredients + incorporate mother grains in all bakes and offer a full range of fillings, flavors and unique recipes. Cake to me shouldn’t be overly sweet or leave a waxy mouth feel. To me, cake should be a harmony of flavor, texture and depth. I am a one woman show, making everything from scratch with the best ingredients I can source.
